The injection molding department of Forever PKG boasts over 100 injection molding machines, with an annual production of over 500 million parts. Additionally, they provide technical services for manufacturing techniques including injection molding (including double injection molding), injection blow molding, extrusion blow molding, and metal stamping.
Silkscreen & Hot Stamping
The printing department of Forever PKG boasts over 30 production lines, with an annual production of over 50 million printed products.
Additionally, they provide technical services for manufacturing techniques including silkscreen printing and hot stamping.
Forever PKG silkscreen printing process is meticulous, perfectly capturing brand charm, while our gold stamping technique shines brilliantly, highlighting the product’s premium quality. Spraying
Forever PKG’s spraying segment has 3 production lines with an annual production capacity of over 72 million pieces of sprayed and plated products, and the spraying and plating lines are semi-automated.
We utilize advanced spraying methods to coat our packaging materials with precise finishes, ensuring durability and elegance. Our spraying processes create a smooth, uniform coating that enhances the visual appeal of your cosmetics, while also protecting the products from external elements.

Metallizing
Forever PKG’s plating segment has 4 production lines. Likewise, together with the spraying capacity, the annual production exceeds 72 million pieces.

Assembling
The assembly department accounts for 50 % of the company’s workforce. Forever PKG’s assembly plant is semi-automated, with different assembly machines to increase productivity.
